Even when wet, the material remains pleasantly soft and flexible, without hardening. The Scandinavian cowhide in the slip area provides an extra portion of safety. Like all our slip collars, the Outdoor collar also has a unique safety system and reliably prevents slipping out in moments of fright. And that, even though you can easily slip the collar over the head. The collar sits loosely around the neck and tightens when needed to the integrated stop. The slip area is additionally reinforced with sturdy cowhide. The leather comes from sustainable, Scandinavian breeding and was already treated with oils during the tanning process. Material Outdoor Seil
100 % PES Faser in deutscher Herstellung speziell für SABRO gezwirnt. PES Fasern härten bei Nässe und anschließendem Trocknen nicht aus wie z.B. handelsübliches Polyamid, sondern bleiben immer geschmeidig und handfreundlich.
Leder
Unser Leder kommt ausschließlich aus Skandinavien. Dort müssen laut Gesetz alle Nutztiere artgerecht gehalten werden und sogar täglichen Weidegang haben. Du unterstützt also mit deiner Entscheidung für ein Lederprodukt von SABRO auch eine tiergerechte Haltungsform. Auch unser Elchleder für alle soften Unterpolsterungen ist Handelsklasse 1. Verwendet wird ausschließlich Leder von wildlebenden Elchen aus den skandinavischen Wäldern aus dem jährlich zugelassenen Abschuss.
Messing
Alle Beschläge (Schnallen, Ringe, etc.) sind aus reinem Messing gefertigt und rosten nicht.

Lederpflege
Nur mit Feinwaschmittel oder Wollwaschmittel von Hand waschen. Dieser Artikel ist nicht für die Waschmaschine oder den Geschirrspüler geeignet. Den Lederbereichen kannst du von Zeit zu Zeit mit geeigneten Lederreinigungsprodukten auffrischen. Zur zusätzlichen Pflege empfehlen wir dir unser Tapir Lederfett. Trage dieses dünn auf die Lederstellen auf und poliere überschüssige Reste ab.
Pflege Messing
Wenn sich eine leichte Patina auf deine Messingbeschlägen gesetzt hat, kannst du diese jederzeit mit Apfelessig oder einem Silberputztuch wieder wegpolieren.
Verwendung
Empfohlen für den alltäglichen Gebrauch. Für kräftige und schwere oder zum starken Ziehen neigende Hunde empfehlen wir den Einsatz eines speziell auf eure Bedürfnisse angepassten Halsbandes.
